Team Activecare PT was honored this year to be named the Top Fundraising Team of the NYC Walk to Cure Arthritis! We raised over 25K this year with the help of our generous donors who include family, friends and patients. Team ActiveCare PT walked through midtown Manhattan to enjoy the beautiful weather and support this great cause which affects 54 million Americans. You can still donate even though the walk is done.
